Garlic Prices in Modern Markets for the February 2025-2026 Period

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily garlic price in modern markets of Lampung Province remained unchanged compared to the previous day, as did the price trends over the past week.

Compared to prices 30 days ago, the daily garlic price in modern markets increased from the previously recorded Rp45.75 thousand per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily garlic price in modern markets in Lampung over the past three months has increased by 12.18% from the previously recorded Rp45.55 thousand per kg.

The record increase in daily garlic prices in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in February 2017 with a 41.47% rise, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2017 with a -42.73% drop.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in Lampung today show that three commodities decreased while 18 others increased. The staples with price decreases are Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, Chicken Meat, and Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1.

Below are the prices of nine staple foods monitored by PIHPS today compared to price developments over the past month in Lampung Province:

5. Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat per Kg Rp37.55 thousand per kg (down 2.09%)
6. Fresh Broiler Chicken Eggs per Kg Rp29.15 thousand per kg (up 0.69%)
7. Super Quality I Rice per Kg Rp15.25 thousand per kg (up 3.39%)
8. Quality 1 Beef per Kg Rp187.7 thousand per kg (unchanged)
9. Chicken Meat per Kg Rp37.55 thousand per kg (down 2.09%)
10. Super Quality II Rice per Kg Rp15.15 thousand per kg (unchanged)
