What is the Genuine Regional Revenue of Banten?

The 2017 realization of Banten Province's original regional revenue (PAD) grew by 5.37% to Rp 5.76 trillion compared to the previous year. This amount comprises Rp 5.49 trillion in tax revenue, Rp 19.4 billion in tax levies, Rp 49.92 billion from Regional-Owned Enterprises and the management of separated regional assets, and Rp 199.7 billion from other legitimate PAD sources.

In the 2018 APBD (Regional Budget), Banten Province's PAD was targeted at Rp 6.18 trillion. This figure represents a 7.53% increase from the 2017 realization. The largest contribution came from tax revenue at Rp 5.83 trillion and other legitimate revenue at Rp 272.3 billion. Banten is the fifth-largest province in terms of PAD out of 34 provinces.

For information, the realization of regional revenue receipt for Banten Province in 2017 amounted to Rp 9.7 trillion. Meanwhile, the realization of expenditure for direct and indirect spending was Rp 9.5 trillion.
