Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Onions Up, Rice Down (Tuesday, February 13, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (13/2/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), pure beef, broiler chicken, chicken eggs, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, shallots, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,450 (3.92%) to Rp38,430 per kg. Mackerel experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp2,940 (8.12%) to Rp33,260 per kg.
