Bali Food Prices Tuesday (November 12th): Chili Pepper, Salt, and Egg Prices Increase

The price of several food commodities in Bali today is observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday (12/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, chicken meat, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, granulated sugar, shallots, bulk cooking oil, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp740 (4.13%), reaching Rp18,640 per kg. Shallots experienced the largest price decrease of Rp530 (1.69%), reaching Rp30,870 per kg.
