Price of Premium Quality Granulated Sugar in Traditional Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in traditional markets in Lampung Province is recorded at Rp18,200 per kg. This price is unchanged compared to the previous day, as was the case with price developments over the past week.

Over the past month, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp18,100 per kg.

Meanwhile, over the past three months, the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in Lampung's traditional markets has increased by 4.3% from the previously traded price of Rp17,450 per kg.

The record increase in the daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 221 with an increase of 3.11%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 221 with a decrease of -23.14%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's price of nine staple foods (sembako) in Lampung shows that 14 commodities decreased and three others increased. The sembako with decreasing prices are Shallots, Red Chili, Garlic, Large Red Chili, Medium-sized Garlic, Chicken Eggs, Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Cooking Oil, Red Cayenne Pepper, Medium-sized Shallots, Green Cayenne Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Curly Red Chili.
