Premium Quality Sugar Prices in Traditional Markets, April 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 16:54 WIB, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in Lampung Province's traditional markets showed no change compared to the previous day or the last week.

However, compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets has increased from Rp18,950.

Meanwhile, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets in Lampung over the last three months has increased by 4.4% from the previous price of Rp18,200.

The record high for the daily price of premium granulated sugar in the province's traditional markets was previously recorded in January 2021 with a 30.11% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 at -23.14%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Lampung show ten commodities decreased and 18 increased. The commodities with decreased prices are: Fresh Broiler Chicken (daily, traditional market, by province), Green Chili (daily, traditional market, by province), Red Chili (daily, traditional market, by province), Chicken Meat (daily, traditional market, by province), Chili (daily, traditional market, by province), Cooking Oil (daily, traditional market, by province), Curly Red Chili (daily, traditional market, by province), Chicken Eggs (daily, traditional market, by province), Fresh Chicken Eggs (daily, traditional market, by province), and Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 (daily, traditional market, by province).

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price changes over the last month in Lampung Province:

1. Fresh Broiler Chicken, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp31,150 (down 0.64%)
2. Granulated Sugar, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp18,550 (unchanged)
3. Green Chili, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp52,000 (down 14.26%)
4. Red Chili, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp69,400 (down 11.87%)
5. Chicken Meat, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp31,150 (down 0.64%)
6. Beef, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp133,750 (up 2.37%)
7. Chili, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp60,700 (down 12.91%)
8. Cooking Oil, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp20,200 (down 0.25%)
9. Super II Rice, per Kg: Rp15,350 (up 1.66%)
10. Grade 1 Beef, per Kg (daily, traditional market, by province): Rp136,250 (up 2.83%)
