Fresh Chicken Egg Prices in Gorontalo Increased by 6.86% in a Week

Fresh chicken egg prices in Gorontalo were sold at Rp 33,500 per kg on Friday, March 18, 2022. Compared to other regions, the price change in this region was the highest in the last week.

According to daily monitoring of staple food commodity data from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center, the price of fresh chicken eggs in Gorontalo began to rise by 6.86% in a week.

Meanwhile, compared to the price 30 days earlier, the price of fresh chicken eggs in this region was still lower by -8.09%.

However, for the last year's data range, the selling price of fresh chicken eggs in Gorontalo's modern markets has actually decreased. The previous highest record reached Rp 39,300 per kg.

For the January-March 2022 period, the price of fresh chicken eggs in modern markets showed a downward trend, moving -8.09% compared to the previous month.

The price of fresh chicken eggs reached its lowest point at Rp 31,350 per kg on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. The highest price reached this year was around Rp 36,450 per kg.

Nationally, the price of fresh chicken eggs began to rise towards the end of 2021. The average price of fresh chicken eggs in modern markets was sold at Rp 29,410 per kg, up 3.76% compared to the previous weekend.
