Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: What is the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (2/7/2024) at 08.41 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, tongkol fish, kembung fish, premium rice, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, SPHP rice, fine iodized salt, red chili peppers, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,030 (3.18%) to Rp33,410 per kg. Shallots experienced the largest price decrease of Rp1,520 (4.51%) to Rp32,220 per kg.
