Red chili pepper prices in East Kalimantan Province's modern markets have increased by 29.5% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 17:23 WIB, the daily price of red chili peppers in modern markets in East Kalimantan Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor in the last week.

Regarding the price over the last month, the daily price of red chili peppers in modern markets has increased from the previous record of Rp140,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red chili peppers in modern markets in East Kalimantan over the last three months has increased by 25.74% from the previous record of Rp144,900 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of red chili peppers in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in December 2021 with an increase of 60.44%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2017 with a decrease of -44.23%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in East Kalimantan show six commodities decreased and 14 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Grade 1 Beef, Rice, Chicken Eggs, Grade 2 Beef, Beef, and Fresh Chicken Eggs.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the last month in East Kalimantan Province:
