Current Food Prices in Lampung: Prices of Chicken, Eggs, and Beef Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (2/10/2024) at 12.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, broiler eggs, premium rice, milkfish, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), dry soybean (import), and red onions decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,080 (3.78%) to Rp29,620 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies decreased the most sharply, dropping Rp690 (1.7%) to Rp39,940 per kg.

9. Curly Red Chilies: Rp24,240 per kg (down 1.1%)
