Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Onions Up, Beef Down (Tuesday, March 12, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (12/3/2024) at 09.33 WIB, out of 17 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, granulated sugar, premium rice, shallots, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, iodized fine salt, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), shallot cloves, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices surged the highest by Rp4,420 (13.74%) to Rp36,590 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of mackerel decreased the most by Rp7,600 (16.88%) to Rp37,420 per kg.

7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp36,590 per kg (up 13.74%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,390 per kg (up 1.83%)
9. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp19,660 per liter (up 7.02%)
10. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,330 per kg (up 1.95%)
