Latest Food Prices in Bengkulu Region: Egg Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Monday, January 22, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bengkulu today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (22/1/2024) at 16.28 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, premium rice, medium rice, chicken eggs, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, granulated sugar, red chili peppers, shallots, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Chicken eggs saw the highest price increase of Rp250 (0.99%) to Rp25,620 per kg. Skipjack tuna saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,130 (4.71%) to Rp22,850 per kg.
