Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Sugar, Oil, and Rice Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (9/6/2024) at 09:49 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased in price and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are pure beef, red chilies, curly red chilies, chicken eggs, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, chicken meat, simple packaged cooking oil, iodized fine salt, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices surged the highest by Rp750 (2.79%) to Rp27,600 per kg. Shallot prices decreased the least by Rp2,500 (6.55%) to Rp35,670 per kg.
