Today's Food Prices in Bali, February 06: Chicken Meat and Red Chili Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 6, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include wheat flour, curly red chili, broiler chicken meat, and shallots.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as Honan garlic and red bird's eye chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest increase of Rp500 (1.62%) to Rp31,389 per kg. Red bird's eye chili had the sharpest decrease of Rp1,611 (2.07%) to Rp76,056 per kg.

5. Shallots: Rp31,389 per kg (up 1.62%)
6. Curly Red Chili: Rp30,861 per kg (up 1.37%)
7. Large Red Chili: Rp29,194 per kg (unchanged)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,542 per kg (unchanged)
9. Packaged Premium Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,826 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,433 per liter (unchanged)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,188 per kg (unchanged)
