Lampung's Food Prices Today: What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (20/5/2024) at 16.53 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include dried soybean (import), mackerel, bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, red chilies, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp550 (1.25%) to Rp44,680 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp650 (2.26%) to Rp28,170 per kg.
