Daily Prices of Super II Quality Rice at Traditional Markets, March 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 12:44 WIB, the daily price of Super II quality rice in North Sumatra's traditional markets has not changed compared to the previous day or the last week.

However, over the past month, the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets has increased from the previous record of Rp14,850.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets in North Sumatra has increased by 2.36% over the past three months from the previous record of Rp14,850.

The highest price increase for daily Super II quality rice in the province's traditional markets was previously recorded in December 2017 with a 10.13% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in December 2017 with a -9.2% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in North Sumatra show three commodities decreased and 23 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Fresh Layer Eggs, Fresh Broiler Chicken, and Chicken Eggs.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the past month in North Sumatra Province:
