Today's Food Prices in Banten Region: Rice and Onion Prices Down

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (12/10/2024) at 12:04 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, dry soybean (import), packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), SPHP rice, and fine iodized salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, skipjack tuna, medium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Fine iodized salt saw the highest price increase of Rp420 (3.83%), reaching Rp11,380 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies saw the sharpest decrease of Rp1,840 (7.19%), reaching Rp23,750 per kg.
