Today's Food Prices (04/12) in Lampung: Chicken Meat Price Rises

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (4/12/2025) at 3:13 PM Western Indonesian Time, out of 16 commodities, 3 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include shallots, broiler chicken meat, and large red chilies.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies and red cayenne peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest increase of Rp500 (1.26%) to Rp40,208 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices experienced the sharpest drop of Rp2,333 (3.74%) to Rp60,000 per kg.

Below is the complete list of prices for 16 food commodities in Lampung according to SP2KP Kemendag on December 4, 2025, at 3:13 PM Western Indonesian Time.

2. Large Red Chili: Rp60,444 per kg (up 0.28%)
3. Curly Red Chili: Rp60,000 per kg (down 3.74%)
4. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp49,875 per kg (down 0.75%)
5. Shallot: Rp40,208 per kg (up 1.26%)
6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp36,500 per kg (up 0.34%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp30,875 per kg (stable)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,458 per kg (stable)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,492 per liter (stable)
10. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,375 per kg (stable)
11. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp16,650 per liter (stable)
