Today's Food Prices (20/2) in DKI Jakarta: Bird's Eye Chili Rises, Oil Falls

Several food commodity prices in DKI Jakarta today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 20, 2026) at 18:01 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 4 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include shallots, broiler chicken eggs, red bird's eye chili, curly red chili, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as Honan garlic, premium packaged palm cooking oil, bulk palm cooking oil, and large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili prices increased the most by Rp7,500 (7.26%) to Rp110,833 per kg. Premium packaged palm cooking oil prices decreased the most sharply by Rp271 (1.24%) to Rp21,625 per liter.

6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp42,250 per kg (up 0.3%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp40,500 per kg (down 0.27%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp31,750 per kg (up 0.4%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp21,625 per liter (down 1.24%)
