Latest Food Prices in Central Java, What's the Price of Chicken Meat?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (9/8/2024) at 11:55 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, skipjack tuna, garlic bulbs, milkfish, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp120 (2.51%) to Rp4,910 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fine iodized salt decreased the most, by Rp260 (2.34%) to Rp10,830 per kg.
