Aceh's Current Food Prices: Sugar and Rice Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (15/10/2024) at 10:56 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, pure beef, garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, skipjack tuna, medium rice, shallots, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp460 (2.54%) to Rp18,580 per liter. Skipjack tuna experienced the largest price drop of Rp850 (3.15%) to Rp26,120 per kg.
