Daily Price of Grade 1 Beef at Modern Market, February 2024-2025

Citing the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 17:23 WIB, the price of Grade 1 daily beef in modern markets in South Sulawesi Province showed no change compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

Regarding the price over the past month, the price of Grade 1 daily beef in modern markets remained unchanged from the previous record of Rp176,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, the price of Grade 1 daily beef in modern markets in South Sulawesi over the past three months showed a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the price of Grade 1 daily beef in modern markets in South Sulawesi Province was traded at Rp176,700 per kg.

The highest recorded price increase for Grade 1 daily beef in modern markets in this province was in August 2016, with a 14.01% increase, while the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2016, at -14%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in South Sulawesi show five commodities decreased and twelve increased. The commodities with price decreases are Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Super I Quality Rice, Chicken Meat, and Fresh Chicken Meat.

8. Garlic per kg: Rp50,900 (up 0.99%)
9. Red Chili per kg: Rp39,900 (up 19.46%)
10. Rice per kg: Rp14,900 (unchanged)
