Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Onions Up, Chilies Down (Tuesday, April 16, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (16/4/2024) at 14:45 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are mackerel, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, shallots, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, fine iodized salt, pure beef, granulated sugar, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp140 (0.51%) to Rp27,690 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies decreased the most, by Rp4,710 (10.23%) to Rp41,330 per kg.
