Indonesian Rupiah Strengthens to Rp 15,580 per US Dollar (Friday, December 30, 2022)

As of 10:43 WIB this morning, the rupiah exchange rate in the spot market is traded at Rp 15,580 per US dollar on Friday, December 30, 2022. This exchange rate strengthened by 0.49% compared to the previous day's closing, which was traded at Rp 15,658 per US dollar. The daily exchange rate movement is expected to be in the range of 15,545 - 15,657.5 per US dollar.

According to investing.com, the rupiah exchange rate in the spot market showed no change (0%) in a week. Compared to 30 days earlier, the rupiah exchange rate in the spot market has strengthened by 0.57%.

However, for the one-year data range, the rupiah exchange rate in the spot market has actually experienced a decrease (strengthening). In the last year, the previous highest record reached Rp 15,740 per US dollar.

Following this, the Japanese yen strengthened by 0.39 points (-0.30%), the Singapore dollar weakened (+0.09%), the euro strengthened (0.00%), and the Chinese yuan strengthened by 0.0027 points (-0.04%).
