Today's Food Prices in East Java March 11: Oil Rises, Bird's Eye Chili Falls

Several food commodity prices in East Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (March 11, 2026) at 18:05 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 9 increased and 3 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include broiler chicken meat, bulk granulated sugar, beef rump, bulk palm cooking oil, and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as red bird's eye chili, large red chili, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk palm cooking oil had the highest increase of Rp150 (0.83%) to Rp18,152 per liter. Red bird's eye chili had the deepest decrease of Rp1,079 (1.27%) to Rp84,175 per kg.
