Here's the detailed budget for 2018 Civil Servants' THR and 13th-month salary.

President Joko Widodo has signed a Government Regulation (PP) concerning the provision of 2018 Eid al-Fitr bonuses (THR) and the 13th-month salary for civil servants (PNS), members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and pensioners. This year's budget for THR and the 13th-month salary totals Rp 35.8 trillion, a 68.9% increase from last year. The THR will be paid before Eid al-Fitr, and the 13th-month salary will be disbursed before the new school year.

This year's payment of THR and the 13th-month salary includes not only basic salary but also family allowances and performance allowances. Therefore, the 1439 H THR received by civil servants this year is larger than last year's and almost equal to their take-home pay; the same applies to the 13th-month salary.

This year's THR budget amounts to Rp 17.88 trillion, comprising Rp 5.24 trillion in salaries, Rp 5.79 trillion in performance allowances, and Rp 6.85 trillion in pensions. The same applies to the 13th-month salary, totaling Rp 17.88 trillion, consisting of Rp 5.24 trillion in 13th-month salaries, Rp 5.79 trillion in 13th-month performance allowances, and Rp 6.85 trillion in 13th-month pensions. Pensioners who did not receive THR last year will receive the allowance this year.
