Daily Red Chili Prices in Traditional Markets of West Java Province Increased by 5.56% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 4:44 PM WIB, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in West Java Province has decreased by Rp 2,750 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp 63,550.

Compared to the price over the past month, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets has increased from the previous record of Rp 60,200.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in West Java over the past three months has increased by 106.33% from the previous trading price of Rp 30,800.

The record high for the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2018 with an increase of 46.53%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2019 with a decrease of -42.8%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Java show one commodity decreased and 19 others increased. The commodity with a price decrease is Fresh Broiler Chicken.
