Latest Food Prices in Lampung: Egg, Rice, and Salt Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (20/6/2024) at 09.43 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, farmer-level corn, granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, milkfish, premium rice, shallots, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp270 (2.03%) to Rp13,570 per kg. Milkfish prices saw the steepest decline, dropping Rp7,220 (26.62%) to Rp19,900 per kg.

8. Mackerel: Rp29,040 per kg (down 7.78%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp27,820 per kg (up 0.29%)
10. Milkfish: Rp19,900 per kg (down 26.62%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,920 per kg (up 0.34%)
12. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp16,990 per liter (up 1.25%)
