Grade 2 Beef Prices in Traditional Markets March 2025-2026 Period

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of Grade 2 beef in traditional markets of West Papua Province is recorded at Rp145 thousand. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as well as its development over the past week.

Meanwhile, over the past month, the daily price of Grade 2 beef in traditional markets has not changed from the previously recorded Rp145 thousand.

In the last three months in West Papua, the daily price of Grade 2 beef in traditional markets has seen a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of Grade 2 beef in traditional markets of West Papua Province is traded at Rp145 thousand.

The record increase in the daily price of Grade 2 beef in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in September 2020 with a 75.57% rise, and the lowest decrease was recorded in September 2020 with a -43.04% drop.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods (sembako) today in West Papua show three commodities have decreased while 21 others have increased. The staple foods with price decreases are Daily Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Medium II Quality Rice, and Daily Curly Red Chili in Traditional Markets by Province.
