Bali Food Prices Tuesday (10/1): Oil, Rice, and Sugar Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (1/10/2024) at 10:40 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, medium-grain rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), mackerel, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, chicken eggs, premium rice, farmer-level corn, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most, by Rp3,370 (9.75%) to Rp37,920 per kg. The price of red chili peppers decreased the most, by Rp1,660 (4.96%) to Rp31,830 per kg.
