Lampung Region Food Prices Saturday (November 2nd): Egg Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (2/11/2024) at 14.10 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, broiler eggs, red chilies, garlic bulbs, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, pure beef, fine iodized salt, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp270 (5.96%), reaching Rp4,800 per kg. Shallots saw the sharpest price drop of Rp710 (2.4%), reaching Rp28,920 per kg.
