Lampung Region's Food Prices Today: Chicken and Onion Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (30/10/2024) at 14.10 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, SPHP rice, shallots, skipjack tuna, and shallots (bonggol).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp440 (1.67%) to Rp26,860 per kg. Chicken eggs saw the sharpest price drop, down by Rp450 (1.64%) to Rp26,990 per kg.
