Banten Region Food Prices Tuesday (December 10th): Egg and Rice Prices Increase

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (10/12/2024) at 13:59 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include SPHP rice, dry soybean (import), mackerel, garlic cloves, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili peppers, pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, curly red chilies, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp370 (3.35%) to Rp11,420 per kg. Broiler chicken experienced the largest price decrease of Rp1,490 (4.09%) to Rp34,980 per kg.
