Prices of Grade 2 Beef in Traditional Markets, April 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 17:54 WIB, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province has not changed compared to the previous day or the last week.

However, compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp120,400.

Meanwhile, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in Bengkulu over the last three months has shown a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province is traded at Rp135,000.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of grade 2 beef in traditional markets in this province was in August 2022, with an increase of 12.94%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in August 2022, with a decrease of -11.45%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bengkulu show eight commodities decreasing and 16 increasing. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Garlic, Chicken Meat, Cooking Oil, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Medium-Sized Garlic, Grade 2 Beef, Red Onion, and Medium-Sized Red Onion.

The following are the prices of basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price changes over the past month in Bengkulu Province:

5. Fresh Broiler Chicken: Rp38,850/kg (down 9.76%)
6. Chicken Eggs: Rp29,250/kg (up 0.69%)
7. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,600/kg (up 5.39%)
8. Bird's Eye Chili: Rp76,950/kg (up 31.65%)
9. Grade II Low-Quality Rice: Rp15,100/kg (unchanged)
10. Medium-Sized Garlic: Rp49,950/kg (down 7.41%)
11. Branded Cooking Oil (Package 1): Rp21,200/kg (up 2.42%)
