Latest Food Prices in Jakarta, DKI: How Much are Chilies?

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (28/6/2024) at 13.31 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, premium rice, medium rice, bulk cooking oil, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, mackerel, skipjack tuna, shallots, and red onions have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was curly red chilies, up by Rp1,710 (3.68%) to Rp48,240 per kg. Red onions experienced the largest price decrease, down Rp1,580 (3.47%) to Rp43,940 per kg.
