The daily price of Grade 1 beef at Modern Markets in Central Java Province increased by 0.11% over the last month.

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in Central Java Province is recorded at Rp187,350 per kg. This price is down Rp350 per kg compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price over the past month, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets has increased from the previous record of Rp187,150 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in Central Java over the past three months has increased by 1.88% from the previous record of Rp183,900 per kg.

The highest record for the daily price increase of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in September 2023 with an increase of 16.72%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2023 with a decrease of -12.83%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Central Java show six commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Medium-Sized White Onions, Beef, White Onions, Granulated Sugar, Grade 2 Beef, and Local Granulated Sugar.

9. Grade I Medium Quality Rice per kg Rp15,050 (unchanged)
10. Fresh Layer Chicken Meat per kg Rp45,300 (up 2.6%)
