Bali's Daily Food Prices: Rice, Salt, and Sugar Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (30/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), livestock-level corn, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, shallots, broiler chicken, premium rice, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp1,480 (4.24%) to Rp36,350 per kg. The price of red chilies decreased the most sharply, by Rp360 (2.09%) to Rp16,900 per kg.
