Food Prices in Yogyakarta, Thursday (24/10): What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (24/10/2024) at 13:15 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, SPHP rice, red chilies, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, curly red chilies, dry soybean (import), simple packaged cooking oil, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp4,820 (13.59%) to Rp40,280 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop, decreasing Rp2,260 (11.91%) to Rp16,710 per kg.
