Aceh Food Price Update Today: Rice Prices Up, Cooking Oil Prices Down (Saturday, January 13, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be lower than yesterday's.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (13/1/2024) at 15:31 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 7 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are dry soybean (import), mackerel, skipjack tuna, medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, shallots, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of farmer-level corn saw the highest increase, jumping Rp2,250 (29.03%) to Rp10,000 per kg. The price of bulk cooking oil saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp360 (2.53%) to Rp13,890 per liter.

9. Chicken Eggs: Rp24,130 per kg (down 0.25%)
