West Java Food Price List Today: Rice and Oil Prices Down (Friday, March 1, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (March 1, 2024) at 13:02 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, iodized fine salt, farmer-level corn, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, mackerel fish, medium rice, pure beef, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken meat prices surged the highest by Rp420 (1.13%) to Rp37,530 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most by Rp2,020 (2.62%) to Rp75,150 per kg.
