Jambi Food Price List Today: Salt, Chili, and Egg Prices Increase (Wednesday, January 31, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (31/1/2024) at 09.39 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, Indian mackerel, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), bulk wheat flour, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, skipjack tuna, granulated sugar, red chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most, by Rp3,240 (11.78%) to Rp30,740 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies decreased the least, by Rp1,190 (2.65%) to Rp43,640 per kg.
