10 Countries with the Most Billionaires in the World September 2025, Indonesia Not on the List

Forbes released a list of 3,132 of the world''s richest people spread across 79 countries in September 2025.

The United States became the country with the most billionaires in the world as of Thursday (September 25, 2025). The number of billionaires in that country was 912 people.

Overall, the richest people in the United States had a total wealth of US$7.884 trillion (Rp123.164 trillion), assuming an exchange rate of Rp16,596/US$ on September 25, 2025.

Next, China followed in second place with 494 billionaires. The total wealth of billionaires in China was US$2.054 billion (Rp32.099 trillion). The wealth of each Chinese billionaire ranged from US$1.01 - 76.87 billion, equivalent to Rp15.81 - 1,200 trillion.

Then, below China, there was India with 216 billionaires and a total wealth of US$1.025 billion (Rp16.013 trillion).

Indonesia did not make it into the top 10 countries with the most billionaires. However, Indonesia was ranked 20th with 34 billionaires who had a collective wealth of US$221.65 billion (Rp3.462 trillion).
