Today's Food Prices in Aceh Region: Chili and Chicken Prices Down

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (22/8/2024) at 13.05 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are mackerel, milkfish, shallot bulbs, skipjack tuna, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, granulated sugar, pure beef, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,750 (3.95%) to Rp46,090 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chilies decreased the most, by Rp1,320 (2.88%) to Rp44,450 per kg.
