Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chicken and Chili Prices Drop (Tuesday, February 27, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta, today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (27/2/2024) at 09.05 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, iodized fine salt, chicken eggs, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, shallots, red chilies, dry soybean (import), and chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,420 (12.0%) to Rp13,250 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease of Rp4,170 (14.74%) to Rp24,120 per kg.

7. Chicken Meat: Rp34,330 per kg (down 1.63%)
8. Garlic Bulbs: Rp33,990 per kg (down 3.57%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp29,990 per kg (up 0.71%)
10. Shallots: Rp24,120 per kg (down 14.74%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp16,830 per kg (down 1.75%)
