Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Rice and Red Chili Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (22/9/2025) at 1:55 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 3 increased and 7 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are large red chili, red bird''s eye chili, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as mackerel, garlic bulb, packaged wheat flour, curly red chili, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Broiler chicken meat saw the highest increase of Rp688 (1.74%) to Rp40,313 per kg. Meanwhile, skipjack tuna prices experienced the deepest decrease of Rp313 (0.71%) to Rp43,750 per kg.
