Latest West Java Food Prices: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (8/6/2024) at 13.21 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, chicken eggs, iodized fine salt, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic bulbs, pure beef, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of red chilies saw the highest increase of Rp500 (1.03%) to Rp48,870 per kg. The price of red chilies saw the lowest decrease of Rp870 (2.22%) to Rp38,330 per kg.
