Latest Food Prices in Banten: Chicken Meat, Buffalo Meat, and Sugar Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (September 11, 2025) at 08.07 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 22 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases are consumption salt, broiler eggs, and dried soybean seeds (imported).

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, large red chilies, kembung fish, Minyakita, and garlic bulbs decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Consumption salt commodity surged the highest by Rp2,160 (21.95%) to Rp12,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of fresh buffalo meat (local) decreased most sharply by Rp137,000 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
