Latest Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region: Beef and Rice Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Monday (10/02/2025) at 08.17 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, granulated sugar, Minyakita (branded cooking oil), dry soybean (import), and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, curly red chili, packaged cooking oil, garlic cloves, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most by Rp3,437 (9.03%) to Rp41,500 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chili decreased the most sharply by Rp16,655 (31.48%) to Rp36,250 per kg.
