Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Onions Up, Beef Down (Sunday, January 14, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (14/1/2024) at 08.27 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk wheat flour, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, dry soybean (import), and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, granulated sugar, premium rice, pure beef, and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp4,810 (16.61%) to Rp33,760 per kg. Pure beef had the lowest price decrease of Rp4,940 (3.67%) to Rp129,610 per kg.
