Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Food Price List Today: Prices of Salt, Chili Peppers, and Chicken Rise (Friday, February 2, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (2/2/2024) at 08.14 WIB, out of 15 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, fine iodized salt, medium-grain rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and chicken meat.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, mackerel, premium rice, milkfish, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili saw the highest price increase at Rp17,660 (28.33%), reaching Rp80,000 per kg. Mackerel experienced the lowest price decrease at Rp10,520 (29.62%), reaching Rp25,000 per kg.

2. Curly Red Chili: Rp70,000 per kg (up 1.07%)
3. Chicken Meat: Rp45,000 per kg (up 18.39%)
4. Red Onion: Rp40,000 per kg (up 8.17%)
5. Shallot: Rp40,000 per kg (down 0.7%)
6. Milkfish: Rp35,000 per kg (down 13.77%)
7. Chicken Eggs: Rp32,000 per kg (up 15.69%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp30,000 per kg (down 18.39%)
9. Mackerel: Rp25,000 per kg (down 29.62%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp20,000 per liter (up 15.07%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,000 per kg (up 8.83%)
